Behind the smooth operation and strategic growth of Amazing Home Care Agency is Nikki Harris, our Chief Administrative Officer—a dynamic leader whose passion for excellence is matched only by her heart for service.

Nikki’s leadership spans a wide range of functions—billing, compliance, internal communications, and marketing—all working together to keep our agency aligned, effective, and mission-driven. Her background in both finance and creative strategy gives her a unique ability to balance structure with innovation, systems with soul.

But Nikki does more than manage operations—she nurtures culture.
